Thank you for bringing back the life & luster to our 5 year old hardwood floors, they actually look better than they did when originally installed! The dustless TyKote 3-step system exceeded our expectations. Before calling Annandale Floors, we first had tried calling two other well known hardwood flooring contractors in the local area that “specialized” in screening(buffing) & re-coating of hardwood floors. However, after confirming the date/time of appointments, neither of the other contractors showed up or bothered to call us to explain or reschedule, just another bad experience typical of so many contractors these days.
Then I called Vance at Annandale Floors and left a message. Vance called me back right away and within 2 days he came out to do an estimate at our home near Aldie, VA. A week later, Mike and the team from Annandale Floors showed up right on time and completed the job in just as they said. Mike was very thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with, explaining what was going on with each step of the TyKote process and our floors. Although our 5 year old hardwood floors were in very good shape and certainly did not need to be sanded/re-finished, still no matter what we tried, including the Bona Professional line of products, we were not able to restore the luster to our floors. Now thanks to Vance and his team at Annandale Floors, our floors look fantastic once again, even better…and the best part?…no heavy buffing or sanding, not dust or sloppy mess, and Annandale Floors will move your furniture for you! (small charge of course)
Vance left us with a specific easy to use product for frequent dusting/cleaning of our hardwood floors for the next 5-7 years, or until we call him again to repeat the fantastic TyKote 3-step process. If your hardwood floors are in pretty good shape and need some professional care to really remove the build-up of various waxes, cleaners, shine enhancers, oils, etc…then I strongly encourage anyone to call Annandale Floors for prompt service and quality care of your hardwood floors with reasonable prices and fantastic results.
