Annandale Floor Finishers is a family owned business operating in Northern Virginia since 1934, the oldest floor finisher in Virginia. We specialize in installing and finishing hardwood floors. We are completely dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customers expectations. We use only the finest products available from the very best manufactures in the United States.

Although we will use oil base finishes, we primarily use nontoxic, low odor water base polyurethane. We feel that the water base finishes are superior not only in drying time, ease of touch up, but also in longevity. We guarantee all of our work, products and labor.
We use dust containment systems when sanding. All of our machines are connected to vacuums. There is virtually no dust when we sand your floors. We also will install plastic barrier walls when necessary. We will do a thorough cleaning of the job upon completion.
